3. What is the reason for collecting data?

Our processing of cookie data is carried out so that Læderiet can safeguard its legitimate interests in improving the user experience when using our website and offer our customers the most relevant offers via marketing initiatives.

Our processing of general customer data is carried out because the processing is necessary to fulfil the agreement on the purchase and use of our products.

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to supply and deliver products to our customers. This information is not passed on to third parties. No personally sensitive information is recorded. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

As a registered individual at Læderiet ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration, and you always have the right to insight into what information is registered about you.

e)      You have the right to so-called data portability of the personal data you have provided to us in respect of the personal data that we have collected on the basis of your consent, or because we must use the personal data to fulfil a transaction with you.
f)       In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data based on reasons and circumstances relation to your particular situation. If we have obtained your consent for part of our processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time, after which the personal data collected based on your consent will be deleted.

We strive to meet your wishes regarding our processing of your personal data. However, a certain processing time must be expected depending on the complexity of the case. Our goal is that incoming inquires / cases have begun to be processed and handled within 2 months of receiving the written inquiry.

7. Changes to this privacy policy

The rapid and constant development of the Internet, including rules regarding the processing of personal data and cookies, such as the GDPR, means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change this privacy policy. If we do, we will correct the date of “last updated” on this privacy policy. Significant changes are announced via a clear notice on our website.
