Step 1

Cut the leather strap into the length, you want the heart to be.

Fold the leather strap in the middle and punch a hole using a rotary punch tool. Make the hole approx. 2 cm from the fold, depending on the size of the heart.

Step 2

Place the leather lace between the fold and the rivet. Stick the rivet through the punctured holes – remember to use a top and a bottom rivet. Place a piece of leather between the rivet and the hammer, so that the leather doesn’t get damaged.

Use your rotary punch tool to punch a hole at the bottom of the heart and apply then a rivet.
